How can leaders make strategic tradeoffs to enable innovation that benefits students and educators? In this session, participants will play Education Resource Strategies\u2019 renowned \u201cSchool Budget Hold \u2019Em\u201d game, with a focus on strategies for reimagining teaching roles. Working in teams, \u201cplayers\u201d will identify high-potential investment strategies and prioritize crucial, if sometimes difficult, tradeoffs that address the challenges built into longstanding cost structures.
