This technical assistance guide discusses how schools can improve their capacity to serve all students by linking with mental health and social service agencies. Agency staff members can contribute to individual and school-wide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Agency resources can enhance schools’ capacity to provide universal, early, and intensive interventions. This is the sixth guide in a series of eight produced by the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory aimed at assisting schools and school districts in developing safe learning environments.
