Breaking the Mold Without Breaking the Bank: Transforming the Job of Teaching to Address Persistent Shortages

Join EAC-South and co-host Education Resource Strategies for this upcoming webinar.

Date: April 25, 2024 at 3 p.m. ET

With ESSER funding expiring, declining enrollment and heightened student needs, K-12 leaders are facing a future with fewer resources and greater demands for those resources. How can leaders make strategic tradeoffs to enable innovation that benefits students and educators? In this session, participants will play Education Resource Strategies’ renowned “School Budget Hold ’Em” game, with a focus on strategies for reimagining teaching roles. Working in teams, “players” will identify high-potential investment strategies and prioritize crucial, if sometimes difficult, tradeoffs that address the challenges built into longstanding cost structures. Together, participants will build toward a new vision for the teaching role with a focus on maximum impact and long-term sustainability.
